Diatomite Filler for Rubber is a lightweight, porous silica filler used to improve the reinforcing properties of rubber, reduce density, and optimize processing flow.
Advantages
Better Reinforcement: High specific surface area (20–65 m²/g) and porous structure enhance the interface bonding of the rubber, improving tensile, abrasion resistance, and resilience.
Strong Heat and Chemical Stability: Amorphous SiO₂ (content >85%) is resistant to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures, improving the rubber's aging resistance and thermal stability.
